Ian Wright
Ian Wright studied engineering and started in the motor trade business in 1982 following his passion for automotive.
He started selling used cars and further developed his experience working with Vauxhall (Opel), BMW and Aprilia Motorcycles in senior management positions. For the last 20 years he has worked as a management consultant working with motor manufacturers and their dealer networks – primarily focussing on improving operational performance and introducing processes that generate increased sales and profit.
He has his own training and consulting company – Automotive Performance Development Ltd.
Needless to say that with his extensive experience, Ian will primarily train the B2C (Business to Customers) sessions.

Johan Verbois
Johan Verbois started in the automotive business more than 35 years ago at Dealergroups and a leasing company with a focus on used car sales.
After working at national level with Opel, he headed up the Fleet and Remarketing operation for Toyota Motor Europe for 12 years as General Manager Fleet, Remarketing and Network Development. The continuous improvement spirit of pursuing qualitative fleet sales, lead to a relentless focus on Residual Values and competitive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
From 2014 he founded his own business, 5S Consulting, with each at the heart of success in consulting and training projects and is board member of CARA.
Johan will focus on the Introductory Courses, Pricing and Residual Values.

Wolfgang E. Reinhold
In 1980 Wolfgang E. Reinhold started working with Europcar and Hertz in the rental business, focussing on sales and then in 1985 he became the Branch Director for ALD Automotive in Frankfurt.
The 28 years following, he worked with LeasePlan Group, where he held the position of Senior Vice-President, Car Remarketing, Operations & Procurement for the last 16 years, responsible for all used car sales globally. At the end of 2015, the Car Remarketing Association of Europe was founded, and Wolfgang was appointed as the Chairman. Since the beginning of 2017, Wolfgang also started his own international consultancy business.
Wolfgang’s specialisation lies in de-fleeting, Business to Business (B2B) and online sales.
